For Just Eat's B2B audience, I developed the copy and content for it thePartner Hub platform, where I focused on creating intuitive in-platform content for restaurant partners.
My work involved writing copy to guide users through essential tasks and to ensure the platform felt accessible, making every interaction as clear as possible so partners can easily manage their day-to-day operations.
I also authored a large library of Knowledge Centre articles that translated technical processes into clear step-by-step guides, helping partners manage their business more effectively and make the most of the tools Just Eat provides.
By maintaining a consistent and supportive voice, we managed to build a platform that empowers partners to take control of their online presence to grow their sales.
